They do not send free samples. You have to go to the site and get one and pay for the shipping.
I ordered a canvas a week ago and have been unable to get ahold of the company in regards to estimated delivery date. Their website states the canvas will be sent out in 2 days? Anyone receive a canvas from this company?
I received a lot of emails saying people have received theirs. My guess is they would have shipped it out in two business days, but it usually takes things 5 business days via standard shipping. Have you tried calling them for tracking?

I thought I would get one for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I told my dad about the deal and he ordered one too. Mine came in distorted, green, ugly and not professional looking at all. They stretched the print so the faces that were visible looked like cone heads and the two on the ends were folded around the sides cutting off an eye and an ear. I contacted the canvas people and never heard back about the ugly mess they sent me. My dad has talked to them weekly, because they told him his image was too large, too small, too grainy, too dark (it was an outside photo shot on a sunny day). Dad paid shipping upfront and finally asked for a refund and said to forget about the print. They won’t refund his 19.99 OR send a canvas print. STAY CLEAR!!!
What you get is not worth the price of the shipping and you will be very disappointed.
Man thats a bummer Kim. You’re the first of my readers to have a problem. I have had quite a few who have said how well theirs turned out. I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you guys
Kim, do you have the # you called to get ahold of them? I ordered mine on Dec 4th and havent heard anything back from them and cant find a # for them…

I tried to order from them.. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I tried my credit card twice and got “payment error”.. so I tried my debit card.. once again “payment error”. Never received any kind of confirmation, order # nothing. I assumed it didnt work so I just gave up. Two days later there are 2 charges from them on my credit card AND my checking account was taken for almost $2000!!! I am still in the dispute process. I don’t know if they are legit and the security on their site was compromised but I am seeing more and more complaints about them lately- people getting charged and not getting any product. I would be careful if you order from them!
Karen, was your situation resolved and did you ever recieve the print? I just went through the same payment error and am afraid of the outcome!!
If its only shipping and hanling you pay why was my card charged full price ???????
