Who Is Eligible?  Residence of the US 50 and Washington DC who are 18 years or older by July 1, 2009.

Entry Dates:  July 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009

How To Enter:  You have four ways that you can enter this sweepstakes and they are as follows:

  1. Online at www.priceless.com/jeans
  2. Text message the word WIN to PRCLS.  You are only allowed one text message per person per contest day.
  3. You can receive one entry for each Mastercard purchase you make throughout the contest period.  You can also receive one additional entry for each Paypass tap purchase you make.
  4. Last way to enter is by mail.  You need to place your name, complete mailing address, phone number and age plus “Mastercard Break In Your Jeans Sweepstakes” on a 3 x 5 card and mail it to the following address.

Prizes:  There are 9 weekly prizes which is a pair of jeans awarded as $200 MasterCard Gift Card & a 5 day/4 night trip for winner & 3 guests to single destination of winner’s selection to break them in on with total trip expenses not to exceed $50,000.

There are also 62 first prizes which is a pair of jeans awarded as $200 MasterCard Gift Card & a 3 day/2 night weekend getaway for winner & 1 guest to break them in on with total trip expenses not to exceed $3,800.

Prize Limits:  Only one prize will be awarded per family.

Drawings:  Weekly Prize winner will be selected per Period in an individual random drawing from all eligible entries received during said period. With exception of Period 1, 7/1/09–7/5/09 & Week 9, 8/24/09–8/31/09. Entries received each period don’t transfer to subsequent drawings.  First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on/around 9/30/09 from among all eligible entries received during entire promo period.
